A few weeks ago I posted about my finding skincare favourites challenge with Boots UK (read it HERE). In that post I gave a little introduction to my skin and its issues – primarily rosacea and therefore ridiculously sensitive skin – and also showed you the products I would be trying out. I’ve been doing this challenge for about three weeks now, but many of these products are trusted skincare favourites of mine, ones that crop up in so many of my recommendations and ‘favourites’ posts, so you could say this is a bit of a skincare ‘dream team’!

Moisturisers for rosacea and sensitive skin: I've been finding skincare favourites with Boots

Some people love wandering around the shoe section in Selfridges. Some are happiest in Paperchase (which I *totally* get, that place is dreamy). For me, I could waste hours in Boots. Whether it’s in person – swatching make up all the way up my arm – or online where I repeatedly fill my online basket full of my skincare wishlist after doing hours of research on all the new releases. The return of the 3 for 2 deal means you can find your skincare favourite with Boots UK – come and see what I’m trying out this month!

This month has been a tricky one for my skin. It got *really* cold in London and every time I leave the house my rosacea instantly kicks off! Add this to the fact that I think the person living below me is running a sauna from their living room (it’s the only possible explanation for the heat emanating through our floorboards…) my skin doesn’t know whether it’s coming or going. Old favourites and new discoveries galore: are you ready for Skincare Shake Up February 17?

I wrote this weeks ago and convinced myself I’d published it. I have Christmas madness, clearly. Anyway, here’s my belated Skincare Shake Up November 16! This month we have some products that have snuck into my all-time-favourites already, a few products that are good standard products but nothing to write home about, and one product that disappointed me. INTRIGUE. Let’s do this! Don’t forget to head to the comments to tell me the skincare you are relying on at the moment, you know how I love to be enabled…

It’s time for my Skincare Shake Up October 2016! If you know me, you’ll know I love my skincare. Nothing pleases me more than finding a new product that makes my skin feel happy and comfortable without aggravating my rosacea. There’s been a bit of a gap in the Skincare Shake Ups but I’m back, and this is a beefy one so get comfy…

Smell is one of the most evocative senses we have: a certain scent can transport you to a different time in your life, a different country or remind you of a person so vividly it is like they’re in the room. But fragrance, for all its charm and perks, can be one of the biggest enemies of those with sensitive skin. As someone who has very temperamental skin, I know that it’s hard to find products that not only work but don’t have irritating ingredients. In today’s blog post I want to talk about how you can go fragrance-free with Green People. Also stick around to the end of the post to get a code for a free sample pack of the Green People range!
