How To Multi-Mask Using The Body Shop Face Masks #RosaceaReview

You may have heard of multi-masking. You may have known how to multi-mask for years. But, as with many things, this is one of the new buzzword when it comes to skincare so I thought I would do a quick video showing you how to multi-mask when you have sensitive skin like me.

How To Multi-Mask

I am a big believer in the restorative powers of a good face mask. They soothe you, make your skin look amazing and are a very quick and easy way to feel a bit pampered.

The concept of how to multi-mask is very simple: your skin has different needs on different parts of your face, so the mask you choose should target those needs. For me, my cheeks and forehead need moisture but something soothing, my nose and chin needs targeted blackhead removal, while around my brows needs a hand with dull and rough skin.

I’ve only used three of The Body Shop face masks* in this video but talk about all five:
Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask
Chinese Ginseng & Rice Clarifying Polishing Mask
British Rose Fresh Plumping Mask

Masks mentioned but not used in the video:
Ethiopian Honey Deep Nourishing Mask
Amazonian Acai Energising Radiance Mask

I hope you enjoyed this video, let me know in the comments below which mask appeals the most to you. Don’t forget to subscribe to my YouTube channel if you haven’t already. To do that, click through to YouTube using the embedded video above.

I hope you enjoy this video!

Once you hear it it’s so obvious isn’t it… all those years of doing them separately!

It seems so obvious once you know about it, doesn’t it! I don’t think I could go back to ‘normal’ masking now.

I definitely relate to that! Makes so much sense to target all the different bits at once.

I think that would be the one that would give the most immediate results. All of them are wonderful though!

I really want to try these masks – I’ve honestly never even thought about multi-masking. I just usually whack something on my face and I’m done with it, so this is something I need to think about trying!

This is a really cool way to get the most from your masks. Our skin can be so different in each part of the face.

I give some tips at the end of the video 😉 the clay-based masks are a little trickier to get off but most of them just wipe off with a wet flannel. And my husband loves a face mask – they are genderless 🙂

I’ve never actually multi-masked before but I definitely want to give it a try X

It makes so much sense, I really notice a difference afterwards!

  16. 4th September 2016 / 4:19 pm

This makes perfect sense if different parts of your face need attention in different ways, which a lot of people’s do. I’m just oily everywhere so one mask will do for me! x

I’m super oily too so can sympathise! Certain areas are far too sensitive for the clay masks so this is ideal for me.

  17. 4th September 2016 / 5:34 pm

I’ve yet to try these! But I can’t wait because they look amazing!!
