You may have noticed I missed Friday Faves last week – there was no huge reason, but I only had one thing that jumped out at me as a favourite (don’t worry, I saved it for this week as I’m still in love with it!) so I didn’t want to scrabble around for filler. All killer, no filler, that’s what I say. I said that once.
As April is Global Rosacea Awareness Month I’ve been sharing a lot of information about living with, and learning to control, rosacea. It’s a frustrating condition as it can be completely calm and soothed until BAM! Something changes. A tiny shift in routine, diet, or stress levels can result in a flare up of epic proportions. I have finally returned to YouTube! It’s been four months since my last video which has flown by. YouTube was starting to erode my self-confidence (seeing your face in HD is not great for your self-esteem!) and I wanted to take a little break to think about the types of videos I wanted to make and where I fitted in within the YouTube community. I think I’m going to focus on my #RosaceaReview videos and make up looks rather than the chatty videos, they feel less pressured in some way.
