I was diagnosed with rosacea 18 years ago and I’ve been talking about it on my blog for about 10 years. It’s still crazy to me that it’s not as well-known as it should be – there are millions of people worldwide with this condition and, in my opinion, it should be as widely recognisable as acne or psoriasis. April is Rosacea Awareness Month and, as always, I’ll be doing a few posts about different issues related to the condition but I thought I would update this GIGANTIC post containing all the rosacea FAQs that I get every day from people all over the world. I’ve built up so much knowledge and advice in countless blog posts, so this post has become a central hub that I can direct people to. Please ask questions in the comments below, and I will keep adding to this rosacea FAQs post as we go along!
If you follow my blog you will know that I am a huge fan of full coverage make up. So I have pulled together the products that would work as a rosacea cover ups for men and those who prefer a lighter look.
I have lived with rosacea for 15 years and, for the most part, I have it under control. But I’m aware that this control is possible because I am largely able to regulate everything around me. The times when my rosacea feels out of control is when I am out of the house, on holiday, or staying with friends. So here are my tips on how to calm rosacea flare ups, even when you’re away from your reliable at-home methods.
