A few weeks ago I was invited to try out a Cellcosmet facial at Courtenay Day Spa*. I’d never heard of Cellcosmet before so if you’re just as out of the loop as me, here’s the lowdown. They’re a Swiss brand who are skin experts, and celeb fans include Jennifer Aniston, Claudia Schiffer and Liv Tyler. They describe their products as cosmeceutical, as they combine cosmetology and pharmacology.
A few weeks ago I was invited to an evening with REN, as part of the 30 Plus Bloggers collective, to find out all about the new REN Instant Brightening Beauty Shot Eye Lift. We went to the beautiful Bob Bob Ricard restaurant (you know, the one with the ‘press for champagne’ button that I now absolutely NEED in my flat). If you’ve followed me for a while, you will know that I try out a lot of skincare: I have a few staple products that I rely on and return to when my rosacea is flaring up, but I am essentially a fickle person. I always wonder what else out there and am constantly searching for the next product to introduce to the skincare hall of fame. So I’m going to start doing a Skincare Shake Up post, roughly every month.
