Wow it’s been a while since I’ve done a Friday Faves post! But don’t worry, I’ve been keeping track of the things I want to share with you, so this is a summary of the best things I’ve found over the past eight weeks. I was in two minds about doing a Skincare Shake Up for January. For most of the month I was in Japan, which means that I was relying on products that I’d already used. If you have sensitive or awkward skin, you will know that a holiday can cause all sorts of issues with your skin: flights, change in diet, the water (hard water is the devil!), disrupted sleep, temperature changes… it all adds up. So when I travel, I tend to stick with what I know.
I’ve had my eye on the embroidered trend for a while: jeans, bags, boots, knitwear… I love it all. So I was very excited to add this beautiful jumper to my wardrobe. And I’m even more excited to tell you that it came from somewhere very unexpected… Zara Kids. (I’m aware people will be cursing my name right now but stick with me!)

I had heard so much about the IT Cosmetics products, both from rosacea groups and ‘regular’ make up lovers. In the past month I’ve spent over 24 hours on board an aeroplane. Typically I would dread flights – firstly because I hate, hate, hate flying and spend the whole time convinced we’re all going to die… but secondly because my skin always kicks off after a flight.
