This week has felt so long so I’m very happy to be writing my Friday Faves! The weather may be utterly miserable but I’m in a fantastic mood as my skin is finally looking a little better after this week’s flare up (more on that here) and later today I’m heading out for Hayley’s hen do with Jane and Kirsty which should be a lot of fun: gossiping, talking beauty, and putting the world to rights over afternoon tea and cocktails. I am resisting the obvious opener to this blog post with every fibre of my being. We all know what month it is. We all understand how time works. Some of you may have noticed that there was no Skincare Shake Up post last month. I ended up extending my holiday in France at the last minute and by the time I got back into London I had missed the beginning of the month change over. I didn’t want to try out products for less than a month because I like to give things a proper test, so I just started my new skincare routine when I got home and tried it out for half of July and all of August instead.
