La Roche Posay Serozinc

La Roche Posay Serozinc

La Roche Posay Serozinc

I have been lusting after Serozinc for ages but it’s not available in the UK (update on this below!). So it was the first thing on my list when I got to the French pharmacies. La Roche Posay Serozinc is a toner in an aerosol spray. I use it after cleansing and if my skin is ever feeling tight due to my rosacea. But Serozinc can apparently be used on any kind of skin irritation, including razor burn and sun burn: everyday’s a school day!

And the best part? This was under 5 euro! Perfection. I have already put my repeat order in with my parents. I can’t ever bear to be without it.

Have you tried Serozinc?

EDIT: Amazing news! La Roche Posay Serozinc is now available in the UK! Rejoice! Alert the Elders! You can buy this wonder product HERE.

Kiko 240 Apple Red Review

I firmly believe that everyone should own a classic red nail varnish. Red polish not only goes with everything, but it also instantly dresses up an outfit and makes you feel oh so glamourous. I would like to put this polish forward as a candidate for the ultimate red nail varnish,

Kiko Apple Red is a blue-toned, red creme polish that applies unbelievably well. It is so flattering with my skin tone I never wanted to take it off. This is two coat perfection, topped with Seche Vite.

You can buy this amazing polish HERE.

OPI When Monkeys Fly Nail Varnish

I didn’t want to write a negative review. I love OPI. True love, love them. I have raved about them in the past, but I couldn’t get over the issues with this nail varnish. When I saw the polishes they were bringing out to coincide with the ‘Oz the Great and Powerful’ film, I was so excited: Glitter ‘til the cows come home. And pretty, unusual glitters. Almost indie-polish glitter. *swoon*

Kiko 335 Ink Blue Review

- Kiko polishes continue to impress me: great colours, affordable and really long lasting. What more do you need? Full review on the blog.

Kiko 335 Ink Blue

Introducing yet another stunning blue polish from Kiko – one by one they are curing me of my aversion to blue nail varnish. It’s witchcraft, I am convinced of it!

Kiko 335 Ink Blue is shown here with 2 coats, but it could probably have done with 3 as there is still a bit of a visible nail line. This nail varnish dries very quickly and it is so shiny even without topcoat (the photos here do show the manicure with Seche Vite on though, I am not going to wait for nail varnish to dry. Ain’t nobody got time for that…)

You can buy this blue beauty HERE. I also did a comparison post as I have quite a few polishes that are similar in colour to this – you can find it HERE.
