Today I’m throwing it back to my nail blogger roots with a nail art tutorial. For those of you who don’t know, my blog started as a nail blog (hence the nail pun name!) and painting my nails is still one of my favourite ways to relax. Whenever I’m lacking inspiration, leopard print nail art is always my go-to look so it was a no-brainer when I asked on Instagram if people would like to see some quick nail art tutorials.
Subscription boxes have been everywhere for the past few years and it’s not hard to see why. Firstly, everyone loves getting post. Secondly, the idea of someone choosing a few beauty bits and curating them for you is so appealing. Let’s have a peek at the Meebox nail subscription box!*
I have wanted to do marble inspired nail art for ages and I’m pretty pleased with the results. I was just making it up as I went along so it’s definitely something I’ll revisit, I think some more detailing with darker shades will give it even more impact and make it look more realistic.
I am absolutely losing my mind being stuck at home recovering from surgery. And so, to celebrate being able to sit up without wanting to cry, I decided to do some nail art. I did some watermelon nail art HERE so I stuck with the fruit theme for these cute pop art nail art bananas.
This weekend I had a rummage through my nail art box and remembered these little gold metal squares and knew I had to do something with them. And here are the results… a pretty but modern colour blocking nail art look!
