This week has flown by – I’ve only been in London for 3 days and I actually took last weekend off which is very unlike me! It was lovely to have a break from work, but it also meant that I had to fit a week’s worth of work into 3 days… not ideal! Anyway, are you ready for Friday Faves? It’s Friday! This week has been so manic and I feel like I squeezed all of my work into Wednesday and Thursday so I’m shattered. It’s been a great week but I’m definitely ready for a long weekend away. I have some pretty great Friday Faves this week, most of which are lifestyle-y which is unusual for me!
You may have noticed I missed Friday Faves last week – there was no huge reason, but I only had one thing that jumped out at me as a favourite (don’t worry, I saved it for this week as I’m still in love with it!) so I didn’t want to scrabble around for filler. All killer, no filler, that’s what I say. I said that once.
A few weekends ago my wonderful friends, Paul and Alice, got married in the Lake District and it was flipping lovely. A beautiful location, a fun and very ‘them’ wedding, combined with a stay in a cute little Airbnb with great friends all made it a weekend to remember. A few people asked me to blog what I wore, so here is my spring wedding guest OOTD featuring this stunning red dress.
This week has been such a rollercoaster of emotions: I was on TV which was so flipping surreal. My nerves beforehand were terrible, I cried so much when I was watching it, and had such a lovely outpouring of support and love from people which I am still buzzing from! Hooray for good weeks! And now it’s a long weekend (…not that that makes much difference to me as a freelancer but !) Are you ready for my Friday Faves?
