I posted a Christmas nail art look last week and it seemed to go down very well, but a few people asked me if I could do something that was a bit less…kitschy Christmas. Something a little more grown up, more festive than Christmassy. Ask and you shall receive!
It feels like a lifetime ago that I started this blog to chronicle my love for manicures and nail art. I often think about changing my blog name so it reflects the wider topics I talk about now, but I think I’d be sad to let go of my nail blogger roots. So of course, I couldn’t let the festive season come and go without doing some Christmas nail art… I’m hoping to do a few looks but here is the first: Christmas baubles!
Today I’m throwing it back to my nail blogger roots with a nail art tutorial. For those of you who don’t know, my blog started as a nail blog (hence the nail pun name!) and painting my nails is still one of my favourite ways to relax. Whenever I’m lacking inspiration, leopard print nail art is always my go-to look so it was a no-brainer when I asked on Instagram if people would like to see some quick nail art tutorials.
I was sent some of the new CND Vinylux Boho Spirit range of long wear polishes and I fancied trying them out so here is my first bit of nail art in a while – a summery minimalist nail art look.
